Resident Referrals

Stewart Homes Resident Referral Program:

Stewart Homes LLC is pleased to offer all current Residents the benefit of a referral credit for recommending new qualified applicants that result in a signed lease of one of our available properties!

If you know someone who is looking for a place to rent, please refer us by sharing our vacant units on our website.  If they should decide to apply, make sure that they write in your name on their application, as this is the only way we will know who referred them.  In return, you will receive $300* credit on your rental balance! 

In order to you qualify for the referral credit, you must be in good standing and meet the following criteria: 

• Current resident(s) must be residing at a Stewart Homes LLC property and be listed on the lease agreement.
• Current resident(s) must also be up to date on all rent and/or other charges.  
• Current resident(s) must not have given a 30-day notice to move out.

In order for you to qualify for the referral credit, the new resident must do the following: 

• Identify you on the rental application when first submitted – no retroactive entries accepted.
• Qualify for rental by meeting the leasing requirements of Stewart Homes LLC
• Sign a minimum 1 (one) year lease agreement along with all required documentations and addendums.
• Complete the move in process. 
• Perform as per lease agreement.

*The $300 referral credit will only be awarded for 1 (one) lease per unit:  If you refer more than 1 (one) person but they all rent the same unit together, your account will only receive 1 (one) $300 credit.  If you refer more than 1 (one) person and they rent different units/properties, your account will receive 1 (one) $300 credit for each individual unit rented.  This credit program only applies to apartments and houses, garage rentals are not included.  

The referral credit will be applied to your account balance after 6 months of the new resident’s satisfactory performance to their lease agreement.  It is NOT a reduction in rent to be paid.
